🐾 Wigglebutt Shipping & Returns Policy
At Wigglebutt, we know your pup is excited to dig into their new toys — so we work hard to make shipping quick and hassle-free. And if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with our easy returns policy.

📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

We deliver across the UK using reliable shipping partners:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays.

🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom, but we’re working on expanding soon — keep an eye out!

🔍 Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. This way, you and your pup can follow every wag of the journey!

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you (and your furry friend) to be 100% happy with your Wigglebutt purchase. If something's not quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used toys, or sale items, unless faulty.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
