Can I wiggle my butt too much?
Oh, definitely not! That tail-wagging, butt-wiggling enthusiasm is one of the best things about dogs. It’s basically a full-body smile. Keep shaking that tail and spreading joy! 🐾
I got really excited about my new toy, and I've accidentally broken it. Will my human be mad?
Oops, accidents happen! Your human knows how much you love your toys. Maybe give them those big, adorable puppy eyes—you know, the ones that say, "I'm sorry" and "Please forgive me!" all at once. They’llprobably melt and forgive you in no time. 😊🐶(Also if your human emails ohno@wigglebutt.co.uk, they can get 10% off on a new toy, they just need a receipt and an image of the toy)
My butt can’t contain the excitement for my new goodies to arrive, when will it come?
I totally get it! That tail just can’t stop wagging, can it? 📦 Hopefully, it arrives soon so you can have a tail-wagging good time with your new goodies. In the meantime, maybe a quick nap will make the waiting a bit easier. 💤If your order doesn’t arrive after 14 days your human should let us know.
I like to eat everything I see, but what would be the best treats for my new treat toy?
Oooh, there are loads of great options! Some classic choices are small pieces of dog-friendly cheese or those bite-sized training treats (we sell some delicious treats too) or even just your kibble from your lunch. If you’re feeling fancy, bits of cooked chicken or carrot sticks can be a hit. Your excitement levels are gonnago through the roof!🦴🎾🐾
My human doesn’t give me pocket money so can I pay in treats?
If only treats could be used as currency! 😂 While you might not be able to buy things with them, your human definitely appreciates all the happiness and love you bring into their life. So,I’m sure your human be happy to pay using PayPal, Mastercard or Swipe.
I have been a bad boy I trailed mud into the house, so my paw-rents want to return my items how do they do this?
Oh no! That mud must’ve been extra tempting. 😬They need to return your items unused within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, they will need to pay return postage but once the return reaches us the refund will be processed right away. To return they will need to contact us via, Facebook messenger, Instagram, our contact page or just email topdog@wigglebutt.co.uk. Maybe try to avoid another mud catastrophe for a while? 😉🐶🏡
My paw-rents said I could pick out a new toy as I am a good boy, but the one I really like is out of stock. When will it come back in stock? So I can get my wiggle on.
Oh no, that's disappointing! 😔 Sometimes, popular toys sell out quickly. I recommend checking the website for any updates on restock dates or signing up for newsletters. You could also ask your paw-rents to contact customer service to see if they can provide more information on when it might be back in stock
